Closure flash, actual, budget and forecast cycles across a multi-country perimeter. P&L broken out by country and by line item, consolidated into CXO reporting, with local teams supported through the close.

SG&A and labour cost monitoring, with actual-versus-budget variance cut by country, function and cost nature. Headcount tracked against plan and forecast, worked through directly with HR.
